What If I Don’t Have Photos or Videos to Start With?
You don’t need a library of content before asking for social media help.

You’re thinking about getting help with your social media, but there’s something you feel you need to do first. Get better photos. Film a few videos. Put together enough content to give someone.
You don’t need to build that library before you talk to me. Creating the photos and videos can be part of the work you’re hiring me to handle.
You can start without a folder of content
Some businesses have years of photos saved on a phone. Others have a logo, a few older pictures, and very little that shows what they do now.
Either way, I’d want to understand your business and what you need help with. Having no content ready doesn’t mean you have nothing worth showing.
Your space, products, and the work happening in your business can give us something to photograph or film. What makes sense will depend on what you do and what you’re comfortable sharing.
Filming and photography are part of the conversation
My main offering is social media management, including content planning, filming, photography, and putting the content together within the scope we agree on.
If you need someone to come out and create the material, say that from the beginning. We can discuss where the filming would happen, what access is available, and what involvement you or your team would need to have.
I work with businesses in Dallas and across DFW. If you’re somewhere else, we can talk about which parts of the project can happen remotely and how the photos and footage would be supplied.
You’ll still have a part in getting started
I can bring ideas and handle the production. I’ll still need information that only you can confirm, like which services you currently offer or whether a product is available.
We’ll also need to agree on what can be photographed, who is comfortable appearing, and any permissions needed before people or private spaces are included.
You don’t have to come with a finished plan. Being available to answer those questions and arranging access gives us a place to start. Your involvement and how you review the content should be clear before the work begins.
Tell me what you actually need help with
You might need ongoing social media management. You might already have someone managing your accounts and need to discuss a separate photography or filming project. Those are different arrangements, and we can talk about which one fits.
When comparing providers, ask who creates the photos and videos. Some work with material you supply. Others include production. The service needs to match the support you’re looking for.
If creating content is the thing that keeps getting pushed aside, you can tell me that now. You don’t need to finish that job yourself before asking for help.
